Cancellations

Cancellations made by at least 48 hours prior to 12 Noon on your day of arrival will be cancelled without charge. Any deposit made will be refunded to the card that has been originally charged. All cash and cheque deposits will be refunded by cheque to the name and address on the reservation. Once you have submitted this form we will process your cancellation with in 24 hours, however the time of your cancellation will be regarded as the time you click submit. You will receive either an email or telephone call to confirm your cancellation number.

Please be aware once your reservation has been cancelled our availability will be adjusted accordingly.
